Dale Westerfeld

President

Dale Westerfeld became President of Essner Manufacturing in June 1997 after acquiring the company.  He has a degree in Business Administration from Baylor University in Waco, Texas and a finance and general business background.  His most recent positions included serving as chief financial officer for a publicly traded company based in Fort Worth and working in London as Managing Director of a British company.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Charles Langley

General Manager

Charles Langley is the General Manager for Essner Manufacturing.  Charles manages all aspects of the company.  His duties include managing shop activities, including scheduling, training, assisting in technical drawing interpretations and streamlining manufacturing processes.  Charles brings over 30 years of manufacturing experience primarily in the Aerospace field.  His expertise includes engineering, shop management, CNC programming as well as on the floor experience.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Chris Schlottmann

Sales Manager

Chris Schlottmann joined Essner in March 2000.  He previously was Metal Fabrication Manager and Supervisor of In-Process, Receiving and Final Inspection at Alliant Techsystems.  Chris has over 15 years experience in inspection and quality assurance in the aerospace industry. He has been in Sales & Business Development at Essner since December 2004.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Russ Huffman

Project Manager

Russ Huffman started at Essner in April 2006 with over fifteen years experience in government contracting.  He also worked fourteen years as a machinist in the oilfield and defense industries.  Russ handles sales, estimating, and manufacturing liaison on Government contracts for Essner.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Brian Edmiston

Project Manager

Brian Edmiston joined Essner in September 1998.  He previously assisted in manufacturing operations at a local machine shop and was national parts distribution center manager for a nationwide copier manufacturer.  Brian is primarily responsible for sales, estimating, shop liaison, and contract administration on Essner's Government contracts.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Steve Elkins

Project Manager

Steve Elkins joined Essner in February 2002. He has 10 years in manufacturing, planning and programming at Essner & other aerospace companies. He has been a Project Manager at Essner since 2005, with duties including sales, estimating and customer liaison.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Casey Howlett

Project Manager

Casey Howlett joined Essner Manufacturing in 2010. He has 14 years manufacturing experience and 15 years aviation experience. Casey started out as a structural technician in the USMC, worked many years in general manufacturing and then returned to aviation where he worked as a Structures Technician and in mechanical engineering. He has spent the last seven years serving as a project manager in the helicopter and night vision industry. His duties with Essner include sales, estimating and customer liaison.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Roger Littrell

Project Manager

Roger Littrell joined Essner in May 2008.  He has 32 years experience in manufacturing with 8 years of CNC operation and programming as manager of a machine shop supporting the printing, oilfield and aerospace industries.  He has been a Project Manager at Essner since 2009, with duties including sales, estimating and customer liaison.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Stan Richardson

Quality Assurance Manager

Stan Richardson joined Essner in January 2005. He has 32 years experience in manufacturing, with 22 years implementing and maintaining quality systems.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Debbi Morris

Controller

Debbi Morris started working at Essner in 1980 as Office Clerk.  She progressed to Secretary/Bookkeeper in 1981 and was promoted to Office Manager in 1985.  In addition to supervising administrative personnel and procedures, her responsibilities include preparing financial statements, credit and risk management, and human resources.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jeff Pulskamp

Sales

Jeff Pulskamp joined Essner in November 2009.  He graduated from Purdue University in 1997 with a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Administration and recently separated from active duty in the United States Marine Corps as an officer, AV-8B Harrier pilot, and Forward Air Controller.
